Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday. All federal holidays are observed.

Individual consultations and second opinions are conducted on a fee for service (cash) basis.

Qualified Medical Evaluations and Agreed Medical Evaluations are billed in compliance with the California Official Medical Fee Schedule (OMFS).

For Independent Medical Evaluations and expert witness work a fee schedule is available for attorneys and insurance carriers on request.
